Elizabeth Anne Purse

Description

I used beautiful golden silk taffeta brocade fabric to make this lovely little purse. It is lined with light gold taffeta. The size is 9" wide and 11" deep.
The softly gathered fabric is sewn into a band around the top.
On the front, I placed a lace heart doily, made a rose silk rose, gathered grosgrain ribbon and finished with pearls and tassles.
The handle is gold metal chain with pearl drops and tassles on each side.
Very much a victorian feel and grace, and a joy to hang from your arm!
