Ylang and Lavender -- Luscious Vegan Soap (Handmade, Handcrafted with organic ingredients)

Description

This amazingly luscious soap is made from skin nourishing olive, (sustainable organic) palm, (sustainable organic) palm kernel, (sustainable organic) coconut, castor, and avocado oils. Loads of bubbly, creamy lather, a beautiful pink swirl of kaolin clay, and a rich fragrance of ylang-ylang and hungarian lavender make this soap one to envy! This is a cold-process soap and weighs between 3.5 and 4+ ounces.

I don't usually go for florals, but this one isn't terribly sweet and I'm truly in love with it...
Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) Oil: Believed to have an aphrodisiac quality! Ylang-Ylang has been used to ease premenstrual and menopausal symptoms, balance one's spirit, and ease symptoms of depression.

Lavandula augustifolium L. (Lavender) Oil: Lavender is notoriously calming in nature and is often used in finding relief from insomnia!

Persea gratissima (Avocado) Oil: High concentrations of vitamins A, B1, B2, B5 (Panthothenic acid), Vitamin D, E, minerals, protein, lecithin and fatty acids. Often used by those with eczema, psoriasis, and generally sensitive skin.

Ricinus communis (Castor) Seed Oil: High concentration of fatty acids, acts as a humectant--attracts moisture to the skin and helps to seal it in.

Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil: Provides lots of bubbly lather and in this ratio adds to the moisturizing quality of this soap.

Elaeis guineensis (Palm) Fruit Oil: Not only does palm make a nice hard bar, it CAN be harvested sustainably--and I assure you that mine is, as well as being certified organic! Palm oil is also rich in vitamin e and antioxidants.

Elaeis guineensis (Palm) Kernel Oil: Contains a high concentration of lauric acid, creates a hard smooth bar of yummy soap!

Olea europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil: Contains a high concentration of oleic acid--olive oil is a humectant drawing moisture to the skin and locks it in while still allowing the skin to breathe! Olive oil, so long as the bar is allowed to breathe and dry, makes for super hard soap...

All of my oils are either cold or expeller pressed! (EO's are steam distilled)
