Scandinavian Matryoshka Art Doll - Fru Jul

Description

This one of a one-of-a-kind, sweet-faced doll is sure to bring a smile to young and old alike. (Fru means Mrs. in Norwegian.)

The listing is for one doll in the solo portraits shown above.

She loves to be hung by her pretty ribbon loop or to be on a desk, mantel or on a bedside table.

She is approximately 6"x4" (14x10cm).

The new Norwegian Tilda designer prints and other 100% cotton fabrics were machine and hand sewn. Pretty French knots embellish the hand appliquéd flowers. Her little behind is decorated with a hand embroidered heart and her face is made with my own fabric design.

Hand crafted with love in my home often with one of my children on my lap or by my side.



I made this Christmas candy inspired doll as part of the europeanstreetteam weekly challenge hosted by Sweediebee.

All my handmade goods are made using my original designs and techniques.

Not intended for children under 3 years of age or who put things in their mouth.
