Description
The first of my holiday ornaments.This design is free hand drawn with onto a 3 inch diameter wooden disk. One design is drawn and then mostly sanded off. Another design is then drawn in a darker color. This gives the piece a more complex feel for a simple design. It is colored with acrylics and protected with a couple of coats of non-toxic water based varnish. It hangs from a natural, light tomato red waxed cotton cord. All beads on the ornament are wooden.
