COMMISSION A CUSTOM PORTRAIT PAINTING 8x8 from your photo

Description

I will paint a custom portrait of your choice. A person or pet. All I need are good detailed photographs to work from.

Your painting will be created using professional, artist grade, acrylic paints, on a stretched, box canvas size 8x8in (20x20cm). The painting will continue on the sides of the canvas, so no frame is required (you can of course, add a frame if you wish). Signed BEE on the front and finished with 3 layers of varnish, the canvas will arrive with hanger attached to the reverse ready to hang on your wall. You will also receive a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, myself.

When you pay for your order and send me photos, your commission is fixed in sequence with others outstanding at the time, and your portrait will be completed in that order. The artwork normally takes around 2 weeks to complete, but this will vary depending on the number of commissions I have at the time.

STEP 1:
Before buying you are welcome to contact me photos for me to assess suitability and discuss your requirements. If the painting is needed for a particular date, please let me know and I will move heaven and earth, as well as staying up all night, to get the job done.

This listing is for a portrait featuring one subject with a simple background. Please contact me for a quote if you would like additionall subjects included, or other requirements. I will do everything possible to create the perfect painting for you and your loved one.

You may prefer an alternative sized canvas, in which case, just contact me or check my other listings.

7ins x 10ins approx(18cm x 24cm)
8ins x 8ins approx (20cm x 20cm)
10ins x 12ins approx(24cm x 30cm)
12ins x 12ins approx (30cm x 30cm)
12ins x 16ins approx (30cm x 40cm)
or larger

STEP 2:
After payment I shall need your selected photographs, preferably more than one, either as digital images by email or as printed photos by post (I will take great care of your photos and return them safely). Please choose high quality photos that are taken in close-up, have a facial expression typical of the subject, especially with a clear view of the eyes. Shots taken in daylight are best.

STEP 3:
I shall contact you by email before commencing work to discuss details and will also send you images of work in progress from start to completion of your portrait.

STEP 4:
A scanned image of your finished painting will be emailed to you and the canvas will be shipped as soon as it has received your approval.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely thrilled with your portrait (so far all my clients have been delighted), whilst my bottom lip may tremble slightly, I will keep the painting to add to my portfolio and happily give you a full refund.

You can BUY WITH CONFIDENCE, because your satisfaction is so very important to me. Whilst I am confident that you will love your portrait, even so should you not like it when it arrives, if you return it in it's original good condition, a refund will be made.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
If you would like to purchase a custom painting from me as a gift for someone else, l can create a gift certificate which you will be able to give to anyone as a special gift which they can use to commission a painting.

How to order a gift certificate?
Just send me an email including:
Your Name and Email address
Gift Certificate Amount
Name of Recipient
A customized message (eg Happy Birthday from Mum & Dad):
Let me know how you wish me to send the gift certificate (email or post mail)
Email/address of the Recipient.
I WILL THEN CREATE A RESERVED LISTING IN YOUR NAME FOR YOU TO PURCHASE AND I WILL THEN CONTACT THE LUCKY RECIPIENT WITH YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Your artwork will be carefully protected and packaged, and sent to anywhere in the World. You have a choice which method is used to ship your painting.

The shipping charge shown is for Registered International Airmail, which takes normally between 5 and 21 days depending on where you are. However, in the case of uniquely personal paintings like this, for peace of mind you may wish me to use a courier service, EMS Datapost, which normally takes 3 working days door to door (please contact me for a quote). Tracking number and insurance included.
A signature will be required on delivery which ever method you choose.
