Goodwife Tudor had lived in the Ipswitch community for as long as anyone could remember; living for 92 summers, Goodwife Tudor had seen revolution and the birth of a nation, and had bid her sea captain husband goodbye dozens of times as he boarded his clipper ship for farway destinations.Although she was elderly as far back as anyone could remember, there was always a childlike glint of mischief in her clear blue eyes. When asked the secret to logevity, Goodwife Tudor would merely smile and shrug and say that she treated each day as a treasure and a new adventure. The was always something to learn, no matter if you were 9 or 92...
