Description
DESCRIPTION:The white matt satin background is covered with small black dots separated in turquoise square blocks. The collar turns into a long tie that ties under the neck into a large floppy bow. The full sleeves are lightly gathered at the shoulder seam and cuff. There are also small gathers lined up around the shoulder yoke in front and back. A covered button placket runs down center front.
