Ant Original Painting

Description

In 2009 I am creating one piece of artwork every day. This piece is part of that project. This series is all about bugs, and how they pop out at you unexpectedly, or they are shy and hide. They are very stealth, so I tried to camouflage them into their environment.

Title: "Stealth Bug 2"

This painting is 5(wide) x 7(tall) inches.
It is painted on a canvas board. The painting has been signed and titled by me on the back. It will fit easily into a standard sized frame, or you can lean it on a book shelf or display it on a little easle.

Some lines in the painting are raised and have a wonderful texture. The scan does not do it justice. The painting looks much richer in person.

Original artwork is a great gift that will always be unique and special. I hope you find a place for it in your own collection, or perhaps this becomes the first piece to start a collection.
