Our salt blend is not your average blend. We use high quality, exotic salts. Epsom salt and Icelandic Geo-Thermal Brine Salts are known for their ability to ease pain and muscular tension. Epsom salt helps to reduce swelling, relax the nervous system and eliminate toxins from the body. Dead Sea salts are mineral-rich and contain high proportions of Potassium, Magnesium and Bromide. Potassium helps regulate the moisture level of the skin, Magnesium helps promote healing, and Bromide has a smoothing and relaxing effect. Sea salt is well known for its ability to relieve aches and pains, reduce stiffness after exertion, relax the muscles and it is claimed that they relieve skin problems such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.

The essential oil bend in this cream are stimulating without being over stimulating. Basically, they bring you back to your center, making it perfect for morning or evening or any other time during the day. Lavender is said to help you relax and relieve stress, it also may relieve headaches. Geranium essential oil is also emotionally balancing, and it is claimed that Lemon essential oil stimulates concentration.
