Jewels - I was reminded of rich crown jewels while spinning this yarn. Deep jewel tones in a soft, soft singles yarn - soft enough for next-to-the-skin projects like cowls, scarves, hats, or mitts. This is a singles yarn, not plied. When knitted, crocheted, or woven, it will change colors in progression. I spun it on my Schacht Matchless spinning wheel. It is ONE complete skein, no knots. Perfect for knitting, crochet, or weaving projects.

This yarn will felt. If you do not wish your project to felt, please handwash in cool water with no agitation and lay flat to dry.

Handspun yarns are unique and are not the same as mill spun yarns. A slight variation in thickness throughout the skein is characteristic of handspun yarn and is not considered a defect.
