Vintage handmade embroidered and embellished trim, over 5 inches wide- rescued, upcycled, costume

Description

This is another one of my trims rescued from otherwise unwearable garments. It is handmade as you can see from the hand stitching on the reverse side.
Would be wonderful for a one of a kind garment, a purse or little wristlet, a phone cozy, trim the ends of a long scarf, the bodice of a dress, the cuffs of a jacket, the hem of a skirt. Use in mixed media art projects and art quilts home decor projects. ( I just pulled some out to use for a valance-) very boho/bollywood.

Measurements: approximately 5.25 inches wide x 1 yard.
I believe it is silk.

There is a hem along both edges of the trim which can be opened up for more than another inch of width.

I have several yards of this though not all in one piece.
