Description
This skein is 6 3/4 ozs, 120 yards of fat country-spun pleasure. The yarn was spun from a hand-painted cormo wool fleece without carding, which results in lots of texture and visual interest. The colors will read brown and gold from a distance but there is quite a bit of variation up close and from yard to yard as you knit -- this one will not bore you! Two-ply, thick and thin, but overall this skein will knit bulky. You might find the odd bit of hay in this yarn, though I did remove any vegetable matter I could find as I spun. If you do, it will be tiny and readily removed.100% of the profits from this sale will go to Partners In Health, as usual!
