It has large puff sleeves with buttons on the extended cuffs. Look classy and girly in this hip blouse. the blouse has 6 box pleats on front panel and 6 box pleats on back panel.

The fabric is IVN certified,which means that it is strictly controlled and therefore the best for yourself and the environment. Google it to know more about these certifications!

This style comes from my feather&heather collection. It won a prize in 2007 for it's colour use and styles. My styles are timeless, and feminine. You'll be able to wear this for longer than one season.
