VTG 70's Pale FLORAL Tiered Ruffles Dress with BAT SLEEVES S/M/L

Description

This is a really pretty and feminine dress. It has a light print of flowers in pastel shades all over and a unique style of ruffles. The fabric is super soft and thin and has bat wing sleeves, tiers of ruffles and a drawstring at the waist.

When flat the bust measures 19 inches, the waist is 17 but can be cinched tighter, and the hips are 20 inches. From shoulder to hem it is 46 1/2 inches long.

Made by Foxy Lady, probably made of a soft cotton or poly blend.

In good vintage condition with no tears or stains.
