Checkerboard Necklace with Ruby Red Teardrops
Description
A more modern twist on my starburst series - the clear Swarovski rivoli crystal is surrounded by a peyote stitch bezel in a black and white checkerboard pattern and edged in blood red teardrop shaped beads. Nymo thread is used throughout in the beadweaving and the pendant is attached to the 18 inch sterling silver chain with a soldered silver jump ring.The center rivoli is 12 mm, and all the beads are glass - the white and black beads are opaque, and the red teardrops are translucent. The chain has a spring ring closure.

The sterling chain is 18 inches (45.7 cm) long.
The pendant is 1 inch (25.4 mm) in diameter.
