New York Beauty Mandala Quilt Top or Block

Description

This quilt block is made up of 4 different New York Beauty Quilt Blocks, joined in a mandala style. It is 18 inches square, and the colors include many blues, with lots of bright colors in the spires. It is an unfinished quilt block, ready for you to use it however you wish.

The New York Beauty spires were foundation pieced for accuracy, using my own method which doesn't leave paper bits on the back.

This block was designed and machine pieced (by me) in my studio, using only 100% cotton fabrics. It has been neatly trimmed and pressed, and is ready for you to use in a project

Things you could do with this block:

* use it as the center block for a medallion quilt

* make a bag or tote

* give it as a gift for a quilter

* add a border to make a table topper

* make it the center of a round robin quilt

All of my items are machine pieced. I do not use printed quilt fabric, or cheater fabric, in my quilts, so that you can be sure all items are pieced.
