Scented Rice Trivet Set

Description

This set of trivets are created from pretty cotton fabric. Four rows are sewn into the square and filled with scented rice. The four rows are filled with a mixture of raw rice, whole cloves, whole allspice and a few drops of cinnamon oil. When a hot pot or serving dish is set on the trivet, an amazing, spicy scent is released to be enjoyed during your dinner. One side of this trivet is a leaf design and the other side is a pretty quilting fabric. The trivet can be used on either side. Another benefit of these trivets is that when they are stored in a drawer they act like a sachet and will make the other items in the drawer smell nice too. As with all of my items, this trivet comes from my smoke free home.
