This hat is decorated with a large dark brown curly ostrich feather puff that is attached to the hat.
Similar hat sell on line and in local boutiques on average for $20-$35 per hat.
Same boutique quality, I hand curl my puffs and the hats are excellent quality. This is my last one in stock.
