Description

This rectangle measures 5/8 inch by 1 1/4 inch and is sawed from 20 gauge sterling silver sheet. It is stamped by hand with the popular phrase from the WWII British poster--KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON. Something we all need to do when the going gets tough.

The pendant is attached to a 2mm rolo chain that closes with a trigger clasp. The total length of the necklace is 19 inches. If you'd like a different length or type of chain drop me a line and we'll discuss options.

All components are sterling silver and the necklace will be packed in a cotton-filled jewelry box suitable for gift-giving.

The "Keep Calm and Carry On" poster was produced in Britain in 1939 when war with Germany was imminent. According to Wikipedia, although millions of copies were produced only a very few were actually distributed. It was re-discovered in the 21st century and has become something of a popular culture icon.
