Mens Single Welt Victorian Waist Coat Vest Custom Made 1850

The listing is for a custom made garment, made for you, to your measurements. The price is the vest without cloth materials. These may be custom ordered or purchased through me once we have your options discussed.
The silhouette of the garment is appropriate for the time period 1850-1890.

This vest has a shawl collar and two welt pockets. The collar goes all the way around the back of the neck. A cinch belt is at the back of the vest.

The vest is machine sewn on a historic singer sewing machine from 1891 with some hand sewing where necessary. Button holes are sewn on my 21stc machine.

The vest is beautifully made with 2 welt pockets. Brass or pewter buttons are available. The lining is polyester, cotton or silk and shows at the notched collar. What lining you choose will reflect in the price. Made from similar or matching material as my Civilian frock coat, this item will be a complete outfit!

All custom orders can be sent using UPS, payable on delivery. Can be sent using the less reliable Canada Post, please contact for these prices.

As always ½ of the payment (not including shipping) is due when you place the order. This payment is nonrefundable. The rest of your payment including shipping is due when the garment is finished prior to shipping.
