This is a top originally from The Children's Place© that has been transformed into a ruffle bottom dress for your baby. Will work great with some leggings. Ruffles are finished with a rolled hem stitch.Even though it says 3 - 6 my baby is 12 months and it still fits her as their sizes on some of their clothing run large
