A beautiful example of the lovely floral, flowing and revival designs of the Harry Iskin jewelry company.The gold wash is done in different color tones. Rhinestones are rich yellow amber. Signed with the intertwined IH mark and G.F. (gold filled). 1 3/4 in. diameter.
