This nice flat softback book, measuring 5.25 x 6 inches, is full of 24 perforated pages for your list making & note taking pleasure! It has only crossed paths with one black cat.

Draw a spooky sketch and leave it in place, or tear along the perforated line and give your original art to a friend, without disrupting the binding of your new book! This listing comes with a replacement book, so after you've filled all of your pages, just slide the cover off and insert the refill!

The cover of the book is made with pretty pink cotton fabric, on which I hand embroidered a couple of my thoughts about the impending holiday. After the fabric was embroidered, I lined it with Fabriano Tiziano paper, so it has a nice sturdy feel. The inside edges were sewn on a sewing machine and serve as nice pockets for keeping things like Halloween candy receipts!

This style of binding is called a long stitch through slotted wrapper cover. Unlined Mohawk Superfine pages were sewn onto 100# Bristol Board.

This book was inspired by the Bookbinding Team Halloween Challenge. The team will be voting for their favorite book at the end of the month. Our books can celebrate any element of the pending events - Halloween, Bonfire Night, Allantide, Day of the Dead, Thanksgiving, Hop-tu-Naa, All Soul's Day, etc.
