Cheerful Heart

Description

This design is free hand drawn with onto a wooden heart. It measures just over an inch and a half in height and just under an inch and a half across. One design is drawn and then mostly sanded off. Another design is then drawn in a darker color. This gives the piece a more complex, multi-layered feel but is still a simple design. It is colored with acrylics and protected with a couple of coats of non-toxic water based varnish. It hangs from a 38 inch light orange waxed cotton cord. The cord is adjustable in length by a wooden bead which acts as a toggle. All beads on the necklace are wooden.
