Shea Cleansing Oil Special Edition 4 oz pump

This is my newest cleansing oil, a special edition with shea butter oil and avocado, plus the barest whisper of orange blossoms. A special cleansing oil like this deserves an upgraded bottle, so I've packaged it in a 4 ounce amber pump bottle, because we love the pump bottles. My special edition cleansing oils have a slightly different feeling than my other cleansing oils when you use them, it's similar to a very silky dry oil feeling. You'll have to try it to see what I mean.

To use simply apply to dry or damp skin, massage it in, rinse it away! Pat dry and be happy. No need to use a second cleanser to remove this one - unlike many other oil based cleansers, this one rinses cleanly away. It's as easy to use as any detergent based, paraben loaded cleanser in your bathroom, but I believe it's much better for your skin.

I've been making and selling cleansing oils for a long time now. I don't make any claims; it works what sounds like miracles for some people, but a few folks just don't take to it. It's different than regular cleansers. People who have tried the Oil Cleansing Method and have been unhappy with it find that this is just the product they have been looking for.

Here's why I think it works:

Oil dissolves oil. It goes against your normal thinking to put oil on your face, but the cleanser mixes with the oils and grime on your skin, breaks them down without stripping you dry and washes them away. The secret is that while this cleanser is largely composed of vegetable oils, there is an added ingredient that causes them to dissolve in water and rinse away easily without leaving a greasy layer behind. You get cleansing without harsh detergents. Your skin will feel clean and not greasy.

Most of us have been trained to associate mounds of bubbles with good cleansing, but the truth is that it's not necessarily true. The stuff that makes the bubbles can be a harsh, skin drying irritant. That irritant can actually cause problems like acne, making your skin over produce oil to protect itself. If the irritants are causing you problems, and you eliminate them, the skin can improve. It tends to create balance.
