The large size is aprox. 5.5" x 10" and the small size is aprox. 4" x 8". Great to use on your back, neck, feet, over your eyes or any area that is sore or cold! Stay warm this season with a microwaveable herbal heat pack!

Directions:

Place heat pack in the microwave and heat for 1 to 2 minutes (depending on your microwave’s power). If it is too hot, allow to cool before using. Place anywhere on your body that is sore or cold. Great for taking to bed to stay warm on chilly nights. Perfect for soothing aches and pains.

For a moist heat, mist lightly with water before heating.

To store, keep in a plastic bag in the freezer. Can also be used as a cold pack! (Comes with a plastic ziplock bag to store it in)
