This one is a modern twist on a vintage garment.It has a ruffled stand collar with elactic black trim, lace hem, and handmade black fabric rose off-center at the neckline. Fastens with 2 buttons on either side of the neck. Since the collar is elastisized, this capelet will stretch to fit.
