I love to go to garage sales, and I kept noticing how many games and puzzles were in these sales, often with missing pieces. So, I started buying them, thinking one day, I'll know how to bring new life to these cast-off games and puzzles. And that lead to the creation of the Castaway Gang!

I will make some Gang members that can be personalized, but I would also like to design Gang members specifically for folks, incorporating things that are meaningful to them.

The Castaway Gang member pictured is Crafty Joanie. Her favorite color is green, and you just never know what she's going to be making next (thus the ? on her ruler). We found some of the marbles she's lost over the years (she raised 4 kids, after all!) and used them to make her legs. The domino used for her body is a double 6, representing both the 6 members of her family and that she was born on July 6th. Oh, and she loves to play Bingo -- no, she's not 56....but G is the initial of her maiden name. And about her lovely red hair -- well, her husband always wanted a red-haired, green-eyed girl....this was as close as we could get!

NOTE: In the photos of Crafty Joanie, some of the glue is quite noticeable -- her photo shoot was done before she was completely dry, and I PROMISE all of her glue dried clear and is not nearly as noticeable as it is in these photos.

You see, every Castaway Gang member has a story....and this listing is for me to build a custom designed and personalized Gang member for you telling your story (or the story of a loved one).

Here's how it works.....

Once you purchase this listing, I will send you a list of questions to be filled out with the recipient in mind (whether you are ordering one for yourself or for someone else). Questions will be things like male/female, favorite color, birthday & any other meaningful numbers, hobbies, favorite board games, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: I have a VERY limited amount of hair like that used on Crafty Joanie -- new members may have other types of hair, hats, etc.

As soon as I receive the completed questionnaire, I will get to work designing and building your Castaway Gang member. It takes me about 1 week to complete, and I will send a photo of the finished project for your approval. Once approved, your order will be nicely packaged and shipped.

Please be assured that all of my Castaway Gang members are truly one-of-a-kind creations and there will be never be another just like yours!!!

Domestic Shipping (USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation) is an additional $5.00

Insurance is an additional $2.15 -- if you would like this item insured, please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" box during checkout and wait to receive an adjusted invoice before completing payment.

International Shipping (via USPS First Class International):
Canada = $5.00
Mexico = $8.00
Everywhere Else = $10.00

If these charges are more than $1 over the exact shipping charge, I will refund the overage.

International Customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Also, if you live in a country where USPS shipping regulations prevent me from sending this item to you, then I will cancel the sale and refund all monies paid.
