Kimono Kanzashi Pendant Brooch - Black with a touch of Red
Description
This adorable flower has been carefully folded using fabric from a vintage kimono with a pretty cloisonne bead to give it a finishing touch. Each flower that I hand make is a one-of-a-kind.The unique brooch back on this sweet Japanese kanzashi flower allows a cord to be threaded through so that it can adorn your neck or your clothing. A lovely black satin cord with a silver-toned clasp is included with the flower.
The flower is about 5cm (2 inches) across.
All of my kimono fabrics are from my collection that I bought in antique markets while I was living in Japan.
Each flower comes in a gift tin like the ones in the final picture.
Wear a little slice of Japanese history with this kimono flower.
