As far as I know: PIF__ "Pay it forward", works like this on Etsy. It's implied that you purchase my item, for example, then list an item in your own shop at a lower than normal price for someone else to puchase. If you don't have a shop, you buy my item and do a good deed or think a good thought for someone in your life. Or perhaps you buy my item for someone who needs a lift. This is just my idea of PIF on Etsy. I've purchased a PIF item before. This is my return PIF. :)
