This fun feather fascinator piece is perfect for any girl. Wear it out with your party dress or add a dash of color to your T-shirt and jeans.The headband base is hand covered in grossgrain ribbon approximately ¼” wide and a perfect fit. It won't give you a nasty headband headache like most headbands. It features peacock feathers. The decorative feathers measure approximately 5 inches wide.
