Mini-Batts with Possum - Winter Blues

3.6 ounces of superwash BFL, merino, and possum (from ArtemisArtemis in New Zealand), carded into 3 mini-batts in the color Winter Blues

Winter Blues: Navy, evergreen undertones, light brown-gray heathering. I spun a sample of this batt and it is very soft and lofty. The brown-gray possum fibers will give the resulting yarn a heathered look. This fiber would be great for making warm mittens or a hat for outdoor play or whatever you would like to make.

The fibers in these batts are very soft and fluffy. The small width of these batts makes drafting very easy. Please note that these batts contain superwash fibers so it is not for felting projects. Also, though it is theoretically machine washable, please treat with care--it never hurts to hand wash and air dry.
