Small Flounce Skirt

Description

These skirts are fashioned almost entirely (thread and elastic are new) from previously owned clothing. The fabrics are soft jersey knits, easy to wash, pre-shrunk, and 100% earth friendly!
Wear them all year by layering over tights, yoga pants, or over the knee socks and furry boots - SO NOW!
This skirt is 21" long, size small (5-7), and has one black/white striped panel, two plain black panels, and one black panel with a vertical knit texture all pulled together with the black and white tiny stripe flounce.
It can be worn any which way - like having several skirts in one!
