Faux Bone Ancient Images Earrings

Description

These organic style earrings are impressed with images form ancient times.

Polymer clay was used to create the faux bone surface of the hand shaped beads for these earrings. The textured design was then embossed onto the clay. After curing, acrylic paint was applied and partially removed to highlight the embossed areas. The beads were then hand sanded and buffed for a natural matte finish.

Brass wire and antique copper metal beads complete the design.

Total length: approx. 2"L from the top of the earwire (5cm)
