Etsy Glass Artists Challenge II - Boro glass pendant

Inspired by the old "Ruffles have ridges" commercial.


This past month, some members of the EGA team have been participating in a challenge. We were to take one item that we create, and try to change it up a bit. I was torn between working on hearts or keys. This is one of the results of playing with hearts. I'm in love with the patch of pink "blush" up by the hole for the jump ring!

The glass heart pendant measures approximately 41mm (top of glass ruffle to bottom of glass drip) X 33mm (at the widest part). This listing is for the heart only. If you'd like put onto a chain, please convo me and I'll revise the listing for you. The additional cost would be $10.00 for any length gunmetal, antiqued silver plated, or antiqued copper plated chain up to 30 inches.

All of my beads are created by me in my little studio in New England. While these have been digitally kiln annealed directly from the torch, they are glass and may break if mishandled. Not intended for children.

I try to use pictures from various angles that are true to color, but monitors vary. These were photographed indoors. Please remember that boro glass colors "pop" when outside in the natural light.

The picture of my packaging is a sampling of what your necklace might arrive in. Since these are handstamped by me, if you'd like a different object than the key, please let me know in the Notes to Seller. I've also done these up with a pocketwatch and bird in a cage.
