Wood Block Vintage Image Vase-Magic Tricks

This wood building block is covered with images from vintage books or other publications. I use originals only-no copies. Inserted in the top is a vintage glass test tube. Now, I don't have a drill press, I drill the holes for the tubes by hand. Sometimes the holes are not exactly straight-just wanted you to be aware. This block is covered with images from a 1920's book of things for kids to learn. It is covered with magic tricks. Fool the eye! Balance a glass on your head!Card tricks! It's Magic!!!! Great old images in black/white with blue edges. After gluing the image, I sand the corners and add an oil pastel rubbed finish. I then spray a fixative and a final two coats of a satin sealer. Glass test tube is a bit under 4" tall to hold a single flower or remove it and use it to hold a pencil. A great desk accessory. I have other sizes and designs to come. Oh, I added vintage felt to the bottom to protect your furniture. About 5.50 X 2.75 X 1.25".All the items used in this are upcycled including adhesives and finishes.
