Pair of Ceramic Tile Coasters with Trick or Treaters

I am doing a limited run of tile coasters. I got the tiles at a local rummage sale-I don't use new store bought ones. These are of course, unused, but I like to upcycle. I use lots of vintage books when I make my wood block vases and sometimes the pictures are a bit too large so this is a perfect chance to use those larger pictures. This set of coasters is from a 1930's storybook and the images are of trick or treaters on Halloween. IMPORTANT! These are not up to my usual standards. I use a combo of finishes and sometimes they don't mix well. This finish is a bit too tiny bubbles and not up to my standards so I'm lowering the price. Don't get me wrong-they are fine and have a nice thick finish but just not as perfect as I want. These are such delightful images for Halloween I didn't want to waste them. I apply the original image (never copies) and seal it. Then I add an oil pastel color at the edges. I then coat these with 6-8 layers of hard acrylic spray. The sides have also been protected. Each coaster has a cork backing. These measure a bit larger than 4" square. Don't forget-the price is for a set of TWO.
