These are all natural pine cones whose base I have dipped in wax, they are not candles.A fire starter is used to start campfires or any wood burning fire in a wood stove or fireplace.One cone will get your fire going, place cone among kindling that allows air to circulate and light the wick, you will have a fire going in minutes.
