This listing is for one rooster hackle black feather pad which also includes some red and yellow hackle feathers and a top of black and white guinea feathers.

It measures about 4" per 5" and it's glued to a fabric backing. This pad makes perfect for hats, pins, bags, hair clips, fascinators, headpieces, etc.

There are many other colors and different feathers pads on my shop. There's a huge discount on combined shipping costs.
