Eyes Closed and Softness all Around, Avalanche - Original 9in x 10in

Description

This is an avalanche of sorbet green and orange, anchored with a little black and blue. Her eyes are closed and she is at at peace.... This mixed media work was created using salvaged medite board, salvaged low VOC Benjamin Moore Paint, paper cut outs, acid free paper, pen and ink, and acrylic medium. I drew her face on transparent paper, and adhered that to the green paper beneath. Then all of the pieces were arranged and fixed to the painted board. She is loaded with texture. This is an original and can be left unframed or framed. This artwork is well made and will last a lifetime. There is a saw tooth hook on the back and I will mail a nail along with it - EASY!
She will be lovely anywhere you could use a little serenity - and mod rolling circles!
