Holiday card, decorating the tree, letterpress printed (set of 10)

Description

The leaves are changing and there is a crispness in the air (in some places, anyway). There is no doubt that the wintertime holidays are on their way.

Get started sending holiday cards early and then sit back and relax by the fire while everyone else is scrambling to send them.

These elegant, vintage style cards are letterpress printed on 100% cotton Crane's Lettra 110lb paper. This is a paper specifically designed for letterpress printing and it takes the impression and ink beautifully. Matching envelopes are included.

The front of the card shows a young woman in a 1920s era dress (and hair!) decorating a Christmas tree. The text reads, "Hang a shining star upon the highest bough" from the Christmas carol "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" (a Christmas song introduced by Judy Garland in the 1944 MGM musical "Meet Me In St. Louis"). The image is printed in red and the text in black. The inside of the card is blank.

I can print the cards with no text on the front for no extra charge (though please give me a week to print those). If you would like your own message on the front, a message printed on the inside of the card, or need a larger quantity - covno me for a custom order.
