Creme Brulee Soap

Description

What exactly is creme brulee? Firstly, it's pronounced "krem broo-lay" and it's French for burnt cream. Secondly, it's a rich dessert made of custard and topped with hardened caramel. The custard portion is creamy and sinfully decadent and, it's absolutely scrumptious when you crack the caramel coating into the custard!

My version is a soap made with a gentle, sulfate-free glycerin base. It's scented in Creme Brulee and I sprinkled the top with real cinnamon powder. The finale of this soap is a caramel-colored and scented soap drizzled over the top. Each brulee is about 3.10 oz and makes a nice little treat for yourself or someone special.

This soap does "age" with time. It gets darker and sweeter due to the vanilla content. Don't be afraid. It gives the soap character, and it is absolutely delicious!
