Pink Diamonds - Wide Beadwoven Cuff (3090)
Description
Inspired by a piece of fabric I found in my collection recently, this dramatic cuff has a modern, glamorous look and yet also has a bit of a retro feel. The fabric sample had circular shapes on it, but I opted to alter the shapes to make them look more like diamonds. After all, diamonds are a girl's best friend!The cuff is woven in three-drop peyote stitch using Japanese delica beads. The colors I chose for this are classic favorites -- matte black and matte white with sparkling silver-lined rose for the accent color. The diamonds shimmer and shine just like... well... diamonds!
The cuff measures 1-7/8" (48mm) wide and 7" (18cm) long (when clasped). The closure is a loop and toggle made from the same beads used in the cuff.
Wear it to the office, to a party, or out to dinner with your favorite little black dress. It's sure to draw some attention, and you'll love the way it feels on your wrist!
