I have handknitted this sweetheart out of a very soft baby yarn in the shape of a cupcake, and have handsewn felt circles around the entire hat.
This Hat was knitted in an smoke and pet free environment. Each felt piece is handsewn unto the hat.

The measurements are 12 "/31cm in circumference at the bottom, and 5.5"/14cm in hight, both unstretched.
