SINCERE WISHES

This charming postcard, is a lovely painted image of a young woman sitting in front of a window. She is sending her Sincere Wishes to the viewer, as if she is thinking of them while she is reading, or spinning yard, or knitting. The clothing is absolutely remarkable and the scene itself is so unusual, of a time when well to do women learned the womanly arts and were primed for marriage.

On the top right of the card it says-
Sincere Wishes

This postcard is in good shape. A tiny fraying at the corners, but in unusual good shape for its age.

For use in your mixed media, altered art. Charming, unusual and beautiful.
