Rose of Cimmaron Necklace

Description

Inspired by the song, "Dusty Days are Gone... Rose of Cimmaron." Imagine yourself "waiting at the window" wearing this hand-tooled (by me) leather beauty. This is repurposed from a well-worn belt of soft brown leather. I assembled a little brass flower for some texture, and drilled holes in the bottom of the leather to attach jump rings to resemble "stitching" at the bottom of the pendant. Strung on a soft, brown suede cord, you'll find this is a great addition to your casual wardrobe.

If you don't know the song, you owe it to yourself to google Poco's, "Rose of Cimarron" and have a listen. You'll be glad you did, even if you aren't a '70's soft rock fan. (It's just a good song!)

About 18" - pendant measure about 1-1/8" square.
