This hat SCREAMS Steampunk!This beautiful top hat is made from brown crushed velvet and satin. On the sides are appliques of studded brown taffeta. The hat band and bow are coppery brown taffeta.
This hat is a 7 1/2 and will fit a 23 1/2 inch head. Be sure to measure your head carefully! Size matters!
All our top hats are made of fabric stretched over a rigid frame. These hats are very durable and fully lined.
