This skirt is reversible - 2 skirts for the price of 1!! The one side a great patchwork print of blues, greens, maroon...very fun. The other side is a solid light blue and there is a cute birdie applique stitched on the bottom. There is elastic at the waist and the hemline to create that "bubble effect".This skirt is a 3T.
