Be The Change ... a message EcoBangle(TM)

In a world filled with conflict and chaos ... it's good to remember this basic message ...

"The key to transformation is and always will be to Be The Change"

Everyday we make choices to embrace and promote sustainablility in our lives. I created this EcoBangle(TM) as a means to spread the message and to be a gentle reminder.

I started with a deep midnight blue on the inside and outer edges of the bangle and a calming grass green for the outside. I then wrapped the bangle with the "Be The Change" message printed on recycled paper. I covered the entire piece with several coats of polyurethane to provide durability.

Each EcoBangle(TM) is made by hand, one at a time in my studio. The message this EcoBangle(TM) carries bears repeating, so I will be making more like this one ... because they are handmade no two will be exactly alike.

Recycled content: heavy duty cardboard tubing, paper, excess paint from my painter’s pallet.

Other materials: polyurethane.
