grape leaves dishtowel
Description
this is one of my linen hand towels. i delicate grape leaves on the fabric and then dyed the linen deep olive green. after i set the dye permanently, i boiled out the wax. this creates a fabric that is very stable, whose color won't fade or bleed when laundered.the linen towel is a great kitchen tool--it gets softer and more absorbent the more you use it, and it's easy to care for with machine washing and drying.
my linen towels measure 15" x 28" (37cm x 70cm). they are hemmed up on all four edges, with a wider hem along the bottom edge.
custom orders for linen towels are available. you can choose almost any of my batik patterns, and your own kitchen color.
